In the meantime, let me share with you an idea for a yummy, spicy, sweet muffin recipe, perfect for this cold time of the year. You guessed, Cupcakes and muffins strikes back.

Large bowl to combine 110g brown sugar, 20g cocoa, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp baking powder, 100g flour. In the small bowl, melt 60g butter, add 1 egg, 100 ml milk.

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Pre-grease, spoon, bake. Taste. Taste some more.

Enjoy. With a glass of milk.
