Four more weeks, four more recipes to go. I switched books and for the remaining recipes, I took inspiration from Hamlyn All Color 200 Cupcakes. White chocolate recipes are all dedicated to my sister, she is crazy about white chocolate in any shape or form. So here they are.
In a large bowl, combine 220g flour, 100g brown sugar, 2.5 tsp baking powder, 160g mixed almonds and hazelnuts (grounded) and 100g white chocolate (finely chopped).
In another, smaller bowl, combine 110g melted butter, 50g maple syrup, 1 egg, 200 ml milk.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ones and bake over low heat, for 15 mins.
Enjoy warm, with milk.
